About Fight Club

Fight Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Stilwell, Kansas (EIN 32-0728790). We run peer-led support groups where middle school and high school students can talk, listen, and build real friendships.

Using the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the website in a way that violates any law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or the systems behind it
• Misrepresent who you are or submit false information
• Use the website to harass, threaten, or harm anyone

Program Participation

Fight Club groups provide peer support. They are not medical care, therapy, or professional counseling, and they are not a crisis service. Participation by students under 18 requires permission from a parent or guardian. Participants are expected to respect the privacy, safety, and dignity of everyone in the group.

Donations and Payments

Donations and event registrations are processed by third-party platforms. Fight Club does not store full payment card information. Donations are voluntary and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations are non-refundable unless we state otherwise or a refund is required by law.

Content and Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photos, and videos, is owned by or licensed to Fight Club. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website links to and embeds services run by others, including our donation platform, online shop, video players, and social media pages. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
